Solution Architect, Retail Planning

Role Description

The Centric planning team are leading the market in the delivery of first-class planning solutions for the fashion and retail industries. A dynamic and driven team of technical and business experts delivering end-to-end planning systems and driving customer project success. The role reports into the Client Services Director.

• Define and optimize design solutions in line with clients’ requirements leveraging the Centric Planning platform
• Work closely with Centric solution delivery teams and customers clients
• Collect, understand, challenge and communicate the business requirements for the project, translating these into functional specifications
• Define the configuration and data requirements to meet the required business processes
• Assist in the preparation system test and validation plans

Qualifications

• Scientific or technical degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• Excellent technical, verbal and written communication skills
• Basic knowledge on database queries (MS SQL Server)
• Knowledge of Planning applications at a strategic and operational level
• Track record in consultancy within the IT / Merchandising / Supply Chain planning
• Experience in Planning Management systems and tools implementation
• Previous business and implementation experience
• Good English language skills

• Power BI knowledge (Dataset modelling and Dashboard design)
