Overview Join the DollarDays Team as an Account Specialist Location: Phoenix, AZ, USA Employment Type: Full-Time Benefits Offered: Dental, Life, Medical, Paid Time Off, Retirement, Vision Compensation: $45,000 per year (plus commission) What YOU will be doing as the Account Specialist Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls as part of targeted outreach campaigns to generate new leads and sales opportunities. Consultative Sales: Utilize a consultative sales approach to assist customers in exploring product offerings and making informed purchase decisions. Performance Excellence: Meet and exceed performance targets through adherence to defined standards and processes. Customer Engagement: Maximize work time to optimize customer interactions, fostering positive sales relationships. Professionalism: Interact with external and internal customers in a professional and ethical manner, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Adaptability: Quickly adapt to changes in policies, procedures, and customer needs to provide effective solutions and support. What YOU Bring as an Account Specialist Outbound Sales Experience: You have previous experience in outbound sales, cold calling, account management, and customer service. High Energy: You excel in a fast-paced, high-energy environment driven by a passion to make a difference. Communication Skills: You have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
