The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to ensure the long-term financial sustainability of the organization. This includes spearheading the development of national and regional strategies to secure annual funding, identifying and cultivating relationships with a diverse range of donors, and establishing performance measures to evaluate the effectiveness of the fundraising program. The SVP will also be a key leader in the organization, fostering a culture of philanthropy, and working closely with the CEO and the board to engage in strategic decision-making. Qualifications Minimum 15 years' experience in revenue and fundraising strategy, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals Strong communication skills, ability to influence and engage stakeholders Deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion Flexible and adaptable leadership style, excellent organizational skills Strong command of relevant tools and technologies Experience in managing a development team, background in storytelling and strategic engagement High level of integrity, ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel as needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
