Role Description The Acoustical Inside Sales – Statewide role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Miami, FL, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inbound sales inquiries, advising customers on acoustical products and related construction materials, preparing quotes, and processing orders accurately. The role involves building and maintaining customer relationships, following up on leads, and coordinating with operations and delivery teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. The person in this role will track sales activities, maintain product and pricing knowledge, support problem resolution, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and revenue growth. Qualifications Demonstrated Inside Sales experience with a focus on acoustical or construction-related products. Ability to perform Lead Generation activities and follow up on prospects to convert opportunities into sales. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction and strong Customer Service skills, including timely issue resolution. Clear and professional Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and internal teams. Knowledge of building materials, acoustical products, or related industry experience is highly beneficial. Proficiency with CRM or sales management software and basic office applications (e.g., email, spreadsheets). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple orders and tasks simultaneously.
