What to Expect As a Technical Recruiter on the Internship Recruiting Team, you will build immediate and proactive AI software pipelines. In this role, you will support our Tesla AI Engineering Teams to identify, attract, and assess exceptional internship candidates. This role partners closely with Engineers and Engineering Managers to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. Our team supports the core of robotics and AI hiring across Autopilot and Optimus. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage new approaches to bring the very best engineers to Tesla. This position can be based on a site at our office in Fremont or Palo Alto, CA. Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience.
