What You’ll Do

As a Personal Assistant in luxury hospitality, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalized support to the leadership team, including managing schedules and appointments.
- Coordinating and assisting with various hospitality-related tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handling communications and correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
- Managing errands, travel arrangements, and other administrative duties as needed.
- Adapting to a dynamic work environment with open availability.

- Open availability – This is not a Monday through Friday, 9-to-5 position. You’ll need to be adaptable to varying schedules.

- No prior experience is required, but a passion for hospitality and service excellence is a must.
