Job Description

• Craft Customized Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and formulate tailored therapy strategies to help them achieve their personal goals
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-driven methods to improve patients' motor capabilities, cognitive functions, and everyday activities
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to deliver comprehensive care
• Educate Patients and Families: Teach patients and their support systems about therapeutic practices to ensure continual progress at home
• Track and Document Progress: Assess clinical results and modify treatment plans as appropriate, ensuring patients remain on target for their objectives

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Encouraged participation in continuing education and post-graduate certification programs

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
