Job Description

• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patient needs thoroughly and create personalized strategies to meet their functional objectives.

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license is mandatory.
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required.
