What you will do Compensation Strategy & Program Design: Lead or support compensation initiatives such as salary structure design, job architecture updates, and market benchmarking projects. Design and refine compensation policies and governance. Develop and maintain compensation procedures, tools, and training materials. Monitor market pay trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, and recommend updates to keep compensation programs competitive and compliant. Compensation Administration: Lead or support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs and salary structures. Lead or support annual salary planning, short‑term incentive plan, spot bonus, and sales incentive plan processes including modeling, eligibility, approvals, and communication. Deliver training and communication materials to business leaders, HR, and employees on compensation programs, processes, and philosophies. Utilize AI‑enabled tools, automated workflows, and data analytics to improve productivity, strengthen compensation processes, and support decision‑making. Support configuration and maintenance of compensation‑related data in HR systems. Compensation Business Partner: Partner with HR centers of excellence to ensure alignment between compensation programs and broader total rewards and talent strategies. Serve as a compensation partner providing advice and guidance on job evaluations, base pay decisions, incentive plans, pay strategies and compliance. Consult with HR business partners, recruiters, and business leaders to understand organizational priorities and translate them into effective compensation solutions. Translate complex data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations. Compensation Research and Benchmarking: Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using survey data, internal benchmarks, and external market intelligence. Lead participation in salary and compensation surveys. Perform pay equity analyses; propose and document corrective actions or recommendations as needed. Apply AI‑enabled and advanced analytics approaches to identify trends, pay compression, equity gaps, and market movement. What you need to have Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance or a related field, plus a minimum of 3 years of applicable experience in compensation administration. Strong analytical skills to include advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with market pricing tools such as Payscale, Payfactors, MarketPay, etc. Experience with human capital management systems such as Workday, Oracle, UKG, etc. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to present complex compensation concepts. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and support strategic decision-making. High level of integrity, sound judgment, and discretion when dealing with sensitive compensation matters. What we'd like you to have Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation from WorldatWork Advanced data and predictive analytics skills, with experience using Excel, Power BI and Workday Advanced Compensation Familiarity with equity award programs, vesting schedules, and related tax implications. Experience administering sales incentive plans.
