Title Coordinator

Position Summary The Titles Coordinator I will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of titles for our organization. This includes ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper documentation of titles for our products and services. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Process vehicle titles with precise accuracy and manage all title/lien perfection unit activities. Liaise between FDI Collateral Management, Custodian Bank, and SFS/FIFS to resolve auto title issues. Maintain quality control of current title status reporting and ensure titles are handled according to established policies and procedures. Research vehicle titles and resolve issues promptly. Communicate clearly and concisely with team members and stakeholders regarding title status and updates. Collaborate across internal departments on difficult accounts and field title-related questions. Maintain confidentiality of personal consumer information, including Social Security numbers and dates of birth. Perform other administrative tasks and duties as assigned. Education High school diploma and/or GED. Skills Required Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Overtime required on an as‑needed basis. Travel 0–10% as required on an as‑needed basis. Must live within a commutable distance to Houston, TX.
