Legal Recruiting Coordinator

A leading national law firm is seeking an organized and proactive Legal Recruiting Coordinator to support its growing legal recruiting function. This role is instrumental in managing the day-to-day coordination of attorney recruiting activities, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and providing administrative support to the firm's Legal Recruiting leadership. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced professional environment, and enjoys collaborating with attorneys, candidates, and external recruiting partners. This position offers a competitive salary of $65,000–$80,000 along with a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities of the Legal Recruiting Coordinator: Coordinate all aspects of the attorney interview process, including scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, conference room reservations, interview materials, and related communications. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by serving as a professional point of contact throughout the recruiting process and ensuring interviews run smoothly. Maintain recruiting records and applicant tracking systems by organizing resumes, candidate profiles, interview feedback, and hiring documentation. Support attorney hiring initiatives by monitoring candidate pipelines, conducting preliminary background research, and assisting with recruiting workflow management. Process recruiting-related invoices, expense reports, and vendor agreements while maintaining accurate records and payment tracking. Provide administrative and operational support to Legal Recruiting leadership through meeting coordination, reporting, correspondence, presentation preparation, and project management. Assist with recruiting analytics, marketing materials, recruiting communications, and other initiatives that support the firm's talent acquisition strategy. Build strong working relationships with attorneys, recruiting agencies, candidates, and internal departments while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and exceptional client service. Contribute to departmental projects and provide additional support to ensure the continued success of the Legal Recruiting team. Qualifications of the Legal Recruiting Coordinator: High school diploma required; bachelor2s degree is preferred. Two years of experience in a law firm environment, with previous legal recruiting or attorney recruiting support experience required. Experience working with applicant tracking systems such as ViRecruit, LawCruit, or similar recruiting software; experience with Monday.com is considered a plus. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex schedules, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with a polished, customer-focused approach to interacting with attorneys, candidates, and colleagues.
