Buyers Agent

Summary

We are seeking a dependable and client-focused Showing Partner / Real Estate Showing Assistant to join our team and support buyer clients during property tours and showings. This role is essential in delivering exceptional client service throughout the home-buying process by coordinating showing schedules, collecting and communicating buyer feedback, and providing timely updates to the lead agent from the field.

The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and highly responsive, with the ability to work evenings and weekends as required. They should thrive in direct client engagement, manage multiple appointments efficiently, and be committed to creating a smooth and positive showing experience for every client.

Responsibilities

• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings, and Partner Call
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
• Track activities and clients with PLACE Technology

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
