With a presence in multiple states and a trusted model that consistently delivers results, the firm is expanding to meet continued demand and is now hiring a 100% remote Associate Attorney based in Nevada .
Position: Associate Attorney
Location: 100% Remote — Must reside in Nevada
Compensation: $115,000 + Full Benefits
Bar Admission: Must be licensed and in good standing with the Nevada Bar
Experience: 1–2 years of litigation or negotiation experience

Key Responsibilities
- Manage client matters from intake through resolution
- Negotiate with creditors and opposing counsel
- Handle cases involving debt collection, financial hardship, or tenant rights
- Use the firm's Salesforce-based system to track progress and manage communications
- Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and administrative staff
What You Won't Do
- No billable hour requirements
- No sales or client acquisition
- No fee generation responsibilities
- No late nights — standard 9-to-6 schedule with real work-life balance
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Active Nevada Bar license and Nevada residency required
- 1–2 years of litigation, negotiation, or relevant legal experience
- Background in consumer law, financial disputes, or personal injury is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Committed to a full-time role
- Passionate about helping underserved or vulnerable populations
