What You'll Do:

• Support planning and implementation of new projects, products, programs, and initiatives to achieve short- and long-term business objectives and strategic outcomes.
• Lead efforts to maintain project documentation. 
• Develop comprehensive documentation that aligns with regulatory expectations as needed.
• Assists the team in addressing problems/solutions, risks and issues. 
• Analyze information, determining feasible solutions, articulating recommendations to the project team. 
• Applies critical thinking to independently navigate problems/issues.
• Develop and produce basic ad hoc and automated departmental analyses and reports (incl. workflow analysis, project analysis, trend reporting, strategic analysis, other).
• Adhere to all standards and procedures ensuring high-quality work and that efforts are appropriately and accurately documented.
• Understand and adhere to the Company's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with the Company's Risk Appetite. 
• Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
• Promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the client brand.
• Maintain client internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.
• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Data Analysis.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Documentation Development.
