Come work in one of the most beautiful settings in downtown Chicago! River Roux is a vibrant café and bistro located along the Chicago River, offering a beautiful atmosphere, incredible views, and a hospitality experience that feels a little different from your typical restaurant environment.

Infuse Hospitality is looking for a full-time culinary team member who loves great food, enjoys being part of a strong team, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every guest.

What You'll Do

Prepare and present fresh, high-quality meals according to menu specifications
Work alongside our culinary team to maintain consistency and quality
Assist with daily food preparation and service
Support catering, happy hours, and special events
Keep kitchen and work areas clean, organized, and ready for service
Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
Provide friendly and welcoming service to our guests
Work together with the team to keep service running smoothly

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 11:30 AM-7:30 PM

Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with no regular weekend shifts , while working in a beautiful downtown Chicago location.
