The Village at St Edward
The Village of St. Edward is seeking an HR Business Partner/Generalist to provide partner-level HR support across our facilities in Fairlawn, Green, Wadsworth, and future sites. You will advise leaders, manage employee relations, and drive policy interpretation and compliance. Responsibilities include coaching managers, handling performance issues, participating in disciplinary actions, and supporting recruitment and onboarding while upholding confidentiality and professional standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr
