About the Role

The Company is seeking an Operating Vice President to join its portfolio operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with portfolio company leadership and investment professionals to drive value creation initiatives across the portfolio. This role is pivotal in the firm's growth and is designed as a development path into a senior leadership position within a portfolio company. The ideal candidate will have a background in strategy consulting, with experience in a top-tier firm, and a minimum of 2-4 years of operating experience, preferably in a private equity-backed environment. Key responsibilities for the Operating Vice President include working closely with portfolio company teams to identify and implement strategic and operational improvements, leading and supporting the execution of value creation plans, and contributing to the overall success of the portfolio. The role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, the ability to influence and lead change, and a strong understanding of the private equity industry. The candidate should be a proactive problem solver, have excellent communication skills, and be adept at building and maintaining relationships. A background in business services, consumer services, technology, or industrial sectors is a plus.
