Smart Home Tech Team Lead - Sales & Installations

ADT

ADT is seeking a Tech Engineer Team Manager in Austin, TX to lead a team of 10–15 engineers blending sales and technical work. You will drive performance on sales and operational KPIs, mentor staff, and recruit and onboard new hires. The role includes coaching, conducting in-home consultative visits, recommending ADT Security & Smart Home solutions, and delivering a top-tier customer onboarding experience with a focus on quality installations and customer education. #J-18808-Ljbffr ADT
