What You'll Do

• Develop new business through relationships, prospecting, networking and strategic business development.
• Lead client engagements from strategy and market analysis through negotiation and transaction execution.
• Build trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Develop and lead pitches, presentations and business development strategies.
• Maintain deep knowledge of your market, clients and industry.
• Manage your pipeline and consistently pursue meaningful revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate across the firm to bring the best resources to each assignment.
• Mentor and help develop less-experienced Advisors and Associates.
• Represent Citadel in the market, industry organizations and community.

Senior Advisors are expected to demonstrate independence, excellence in business development, team leadership, strong CRE competency and the ability to lead client relationships.

Who We're Looking For

• Approximately 3+ years of commercial real estate brokerage/advisory experience , or comparable experience with demonstrated production.
• Proven success in business development and client relationship management.
• Strong DFW market knowledge and/or a defined property or industry specialty.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to continue building your business.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Reputation for integrity, professionalism and accountability.
• Ability to operate independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Texas Real Estate License required.

Most importantly, we're looking for people who are driven, dependable and team-oriented , take ownership of their work and care as much about how business gets done as the result itself.

Compensation & Earning Potential

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. The posted $250,000–$500,000 range reflects anticipated annual earning potential for a successful Senior Advisor and is not guaranteed compensation. Actual earnings are based on individual production and Citadel Partners’ competitive commission split structure.
