Senior Manager, Go-to-Market Marketing (Data & AI)

EPAM is looking for a GTM Marketing Leader to own the global go-to-market strategy for our Data & AI portfolio. You’ll translate EPAM’s capabilities — across data platforms, AI engineering, Generative AI, and enterprise AI transformation — into differentiated positioning, demand programs, and alliance-led campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue. This role sits at the intersection of portfolio strategy, hyperscaler alliances, and integrated demand generation, making it one of the most visible and high-impact marketing roles at EPAM. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $105,000 - $145,000.
