Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions via telehealth platforms to support clients in achieving their mental health goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

This role primarily serves diverse adult clients facing common mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in California as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or the ability to obtain licensure before starting.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in delivering therapeutic services within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
