Inside sales parts specialist

Randstad is sourcing for an Inside Sales Parts Specialist of heavy-duty parts for a company located in the Whitehaven area of Memphis. You will navigate digital OEM catalogs, cross-reference specialized diesel engine components, and manage counter orders. salary: $56,000 - $66,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-in commercial fleets clients, mechanics, and accounts managers.
• Respond to incoming phone and electronic parts inquiries.
• Utilize OEM digital catalog systems to lookup, cross-reference, and locate specialized parts.
• Identify alternative vendors or recommend suitable substitute parts when items are backordered.
• Accurately process commercial parts orders, manage returns/exchanges, and track order delivery timeline.
• Support oustide sales and customers by verifying and coordinating parts delivery.
• Stay educated on new product lines and industry specs.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of inside sales in parts
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Customer Service experience
• Basic computer skills
