Accurate and timely documentation in the EMR is a key part of the role. The typical day involves managing a caseload appropriate for a SNF setting, with a focus on quality outcomes and functional progress rather than rapid turnover. Patient ratios are structured to allow for meaningful one-on-one treatment time and thorough assessments. You will work standard day shifts, 5 days per week, with 8-hour shifts, for an expected 40 hours per week. The contracted period is 13 weeks, with weekly billing and pay cycles, and no on-call responsibilities.
