About the Role
The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of enhancing the quality of life for older adults, their families, and caregivers. The successful candidate will be at the helm of an organization with a rich history and a strong commitment to culturally responsive services. The role is pivotal in shaping the next chapter of impact, with a focus on unifying the organization's legacy and future through a clear, compelling vision that resonates across generations. Key responsibilities for the President and CEO include overseeing the development and implementation of culturally responsive aging and caregiving support programs, as well as initiatives that promote community health. The role demands a visionary leader who can inspire and engage stakeholders, and who is adept at managing the financial and operational aspects of a nonprofit organization. A background in gerontology, social work, or a related field is preferred, along with a proven track record in nonprofit leadership and a passion for the mission of the organization.
