Willimantic ILST – Independent Living Skills Trainer – Brain injury Companions / Caregivers / ILST (Life Skills Training) Requirements One to two years of health care experience Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle Excellent time‑management and organizational skills Proficient with smartphones and tablets Background check and drug testing required before hire Adherence to dress code and highest standards of care and accountability Experience helping people recovering from Strokes Concussions Brain injury Within community settings Responsibilities Support clients with safety and organization skills Assist with medical and therapeutic rehab homework Provide medication reminders Plan and facilitate social entertainment activities Support money management and social skills development Other support tasks as needed EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
