Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) – Become Part of Our Exceptional Team
We are a thriving dental practice located in Mt. Gilead, Ohio, seeking a dedicated and empathetic Registered Dental Hygienist to enhance our team. Our modern, patient-centered office prioritizes high-quality care, collaboration, and ensuring a positive experience for every individual who visits us.
This position is ideal for a hygienist who values building strong relationships with patients and takes pride in providing outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct dental cleanings, scaling and root planing, and periodontal maintenance.
- Capture digital radiographs and intraoral images.
- Perform periodontal charting and comprehensive oral health evaluations.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, periodontal health, and preventive care.
- Assist the dentist in diagnosis by providing detailed clinical findings.
- Maintain precise patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to sterilization and infection control standards.
- Foster a warm and inviting atmosphere for patients.
Required Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Ohio.
- Local anesthesia certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team and maintain a positive demeanor.

Monday – Thursday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
