If you value precision, integrity, and performance, this is a seat where your discipline directly drives your income.What You'll DoYou'll own the full finance experience—from structure to funding:Present and sell finance, lease, and protection products with clarity, professionalism, and complianceStructure deals to optimize profitability, lender alignment, and customer satisfactionMaintain strong relationships with lenders and financial institutionsDrive performance across key metrics: Per Vehicle Retail (PVR), product penetration (VSC, GAP, maintenance), menu utilization and compliance, funding speed and deal accuracyEnsure all deals meet state, federal, and lender compliance standardsPartner closely with Sales Managers to ensure clean, efficient deal flowDeliver a seamless, professional experience that builds trust and repeat businessThis role rewards consistency, attention to detail, and execution under pressure.What It TakesRequiredProven experience as an F&I Manager or high-performing F&I ProducerStrong understanding of deal structure, lending, and complianceTrack record of delivering consistent PVR and product penetration resultsExcellent communication and customer-facing professionalismHigh level of organization and deal accuracyAbility to perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentPreferredExperience in a Honda or high-volume import dealershipFamiliarity with Dealertrack, RouteOne, Reynolds, or similar platformsDeep understanding of menu selling and lender programsKnowledge of compliance regulations (TILA, Reg Z, FCRA, etc.)How You Win HereYou run a clean desk—no surprises, no reworkYou follow a consistent menu process—every deal, every timeYou balance profit and customer trustYou move deals efficiently—speed + accuracyYou operate with integrity, even when it costs you short-term grossTop performers here don't chase deals.
