Assistant Creative Director — Part-Time Company: Society Social Location: West Palm Beach, FL (South Florida travel required) Type: Part-Time | In-Person About Us Society Social is a boutique social media marketing and brand development studio headquartered in Palm Beach, Florida. We work with luxury lifestyle brands, founders, real estate developers, and hospitality clients to build powerful, intentional online presences. We don’t do cookie‑cutter every campaign is bespoke, editorial, and built to create lasting brand equity. The Role We’re looking for a Part‑Time Assistant Creative Director to work directly alongside our founder. This is a hands‑on, in‑person role built for someone who thrives in luxury environments, loves storytelling, and can show up confidently at events, on set, and in client‑facing situations. You’ll play a key role in bringing our clients’ brands to life, from filming content at live events to designing campaigns and supporting day‑to‑day social media management. Responsibilities Attend events with the founder and capture on‑site content (photo and video) Film, direct, and edit short‑form video content for client social media channels Support social media management across multiple client accounts Assist in designing and executing brand campaigns Help build and grow client brands across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok Collaborate directly with clients during content sessions and activations Contribute to creative ideation, content calendars, and campaign strategy Assist with event production and coverage as needed What We’re Looking For Strong aesthetic eye with a passion for luxury lifestyle, fashion, and hospitality brands Confident and professional in client‑facing and event settings Proficiency in content creation tools — CapCut, Lightroom, or similar Solid understanding of social media platforms and current content trends Ability to film, direct, and edit short‑form video (Reels, TikTok, etc.) Experience with brand development or campaign design is a plus Based in or able to commute within South Florida (Palm Beach, Miami, Boca Raton, Jupiter) Self‑starter who works well in a fast‑paced, boutique environment What You’ll Gain Direct mentorship from an experienced founder and creative director Hands‑on experience across luxury real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, and fashion brands Growth potential within an expanding boutique agency A front‑row seat to high‑profile events and brand activations in Palm Beach and beyond #J-18808-Ljbffr Society Social
