RN Clinical Coordinator - Main OR

Job Description Join our Magnet-designated Level I Trauma Center as an RN Clinical Coordinator in the Main OR. MO RN Required, BLS Required. The position will have direct reports. Responsibilities Assist the Manager in supervising, planning, organizing, directing and coordinating the day‑to‑day operation of the unit including all personnel‑related aspects of the department. Serve as a positive professional role model exhibiting clinical leadership, independent judgement and decision‑making skills. Act as a resource for the staff in maintaining departmental records, scheduling, staff development and other special projects. Assess learning needs and plan, implement and evaluate educational activities for nursing staff in the department. Serve as a clinical resource and change agent for staff in the promotion and support of the professional practice environment. Must be full time and have the flexibility to meet the unit needs. Qualifications Applicable experience: less than 1 year. Registered Nurse (MO) – National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS). Associate Degree. Benefits and Work Environment Why Saint Luke's?
