Outbound Sales Representative | Call Center Onsite in Byron Center, MI | Full-Time | Hourly Base Pay + Uncapped Bonus Potential At BathWorks of Michigan, our Call Center team creates the first impression for homeowners interested in our Jacuzzi® shower and bath remodels. What You’ll Do Make outbound calls to homeowners who have already shown interest in a Jacuzzi® bath remodel. Build rapport, handle objections, and schedule in-home design consultations. Follow up with leads and keep opportunities moving. Work toward individual and team sales goals. What We’re Looking For Competitive, driven, and motivated by results. Strong communicator who enjoys talking with people. Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the appointment. Coachable, resilient, and goal-focused. Sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus. Schedule Options Monday‑Friday | 11:30 AM-8:00 PM Saturday‑Wednesday | 10:00 AM-6:30 PM Thursday‑Monday | 9:00 AM-5:30 PM (Tuesdays & Wednesdays off) This role starts onsite in Byron Center. Hybrid or remote flexibility may be available after 90 days based on training completion and consistent KPI performance.
