Business Operations and Marketing Analyst

As we embark on our next phase of growth, Copyleaks is looking for a highly motivated, operationally savvy, and data-driven Business Operations & Marketing Operations Analyst to join our growing team. This role bridges the gap between general business operations and marketing technology, serving as the core owner of our Salesforce ecosystem and marketing stack. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills, technical database management, and a strategic mindset to optimize workflows and drive key business initiatives. Key Responsibilities Marketing Cloud & Tech Stack Ownership: Architect, manage, and optimize our Salesforce Marketing Cloud instance, including database structure, campaign setup, and cross-channel automation alongside the marketing team. Systems Integration: Connect marketing and business technologies by integrating web platforms, third-party tools, and APIs into our central CRM ecosystem. Process Optimization & AI: Analyze end-to-end operational workflows, continuously identifying inefficiencies and leveraging emerging AI tools and AI agents to automate tasks and streamline operations. Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain unified reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking systems across Salesforce, Google Analytics, and marketing platforms to deliver actionable insights. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to align operational workflows, support process improvements, and drive efficiency. Executive & Multi-Departmental Reporting: Work directly with the executive leadership team (CEO, COO, VPs) to build and maintain cross-departmental Salesforce dashboards and performance reports beyond marketing. Collaborate closely with the COO on a quarterly basis to prepare data, metrics, and visual materials for Board of Directors meetings. Qualifications Salesforce Ecosystem Expertise: Deep hands-on experience across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud, with a track record of setting up architecture, custom reporting, and automated workflows. Cross-Departmental Reporting Skills: Proven ability to build complex Salesforce reports and executive-level dashboards for Sales, Operations, and Leadership teams. Large-Scale Campaign Execution: Proven ability to manage, segment, and run marketing campaigns against large databases containing hundreds of thousands of contacts. Marketing Operations & Integrations: Demonstrated background in a Marketing Operations role with technical knowledge of API integrations, website tracking, and lead-to-revenue workflows. Analytics & Web Data: Experience with Google Analytics to monitor user behavior, campaign effectiveness, and site traffic to drive operational decisions. Bonus Points Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certification (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, or Developer) highly preferred. Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail when managing multi-channel data. Ability to work independently, prioritize complex tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
