TikTok Shop - Integrated Marketing Manager

With the rapid expansion of TikTok Shop's business in the US market, the Marketing & Methodology team supports the platform’s e-Commerce growth by building standardized marketing frameworks, data-driven methodologies, and scalable go-to-market best practices. The team bridges strategic methodology with marketing execution, enabling cross-functional teams to make consistent decisions, optimize resource allocation, and drive high-impact, sustainable growth across markets and categories.Responsibilities- Develop integrated marketing plans through deep insights into users and category trends. In alignment with TikTok Shop’s mission and vision, formulate brand strategies and establish brand management guidelines to strengthen brand recognition and user awareness.- Build and operationalize communication channels tailored to TikTok Shop, including social media, official media, and content marketing. Manage relationships with external creative and media agencies, drive scalable marketing initiatives across the U.S., and be accountable for conversion results.- Understand the behaviors and preferences of U.S. consumers, sellers, and creators, and help TikTok Shop localize its initiatives in ways that are easy to understand and share.- Based on business priorities and key target audiences, establish a high-quality content and case-study communication system that builds awareness of TikTok Shop and drives target users to take action.Minimum Qualification(s)- Bachelor’s degree or above. A solid understanding of platform marketing and advertising is required.- Strong familiarity with the U.S. market, or experience living in the U.S. or working in an international environment, with a good sense of emerging trends.- Excellent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate fluently with agencies and users.Preferred Qualification(s)- Experience in marketing for content-driven e-Commerce- Strong logical thinking and project management skills, with resilience and the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across teams.- Experienced candidates may also be considered for a leadership position.Req ID: A177099
