Concierge Medical Assistant / Phlebotomist

\nFounded in 2005, we’re a highly personalized, concierge medical practice focused on precision medicine, prevention, and healthy longevity . We combine advanced diagnostics with deeply individualized care to identify health risks early and help our clients stay healthier, longer.
\nWe’re looking for an exceptional Medical Assistant who is also a highly skilled phlebotomist to join our team. This is a great fit for someone who is polished, warm, and comfortable delivering a white-glove level of care.
\n \nWhat You’ll Do
\n- \n
- Perform expert phlebotomy, specimen collection, vitals, EKGs, and other clinical testing \n
- Prepare clients and assist physicians during exams, treatments, and procedures \n
- Coordinate appointments, labs, client information, and medical records \n
- Help manage laboratory processing and billing \n
- Keep exam rooms, equipment, and medical supplies organized and ready \n
- Provide an exceptional client experience—whether in our office or a client’s home \n
What We’re Looking For
\n- \n
- 3+ years of strong phlebotomy experience \n
- Excellent clinical and organizational skills \n
- Warm, polished, professional presence \n
- Exceptional attention to detail \n
- Comfortable working with a discerning concierge clientele \n
- Flexible, dependable, and able to pivot when priorities change \n
- Willing and able to travel overnight approximately one week per month \n
- Commitment to discretion and patient confidentiality \n
- Authorized to work in the United States \n
Bonus: Experience in concierge, executive health, longevity, wellness, or other high-touch medical environments.
