Lead Concierge

LIVunLtd is seeking an exceptional, career-minded Lead Concierge to oversee our guest services team in NYC. This is a high-profile, front-facing leadership position requiring immaculate polish, poise, and a sophisticated passion for ultra-luxury hospitality. This is a pipeline opportunity; this role is not an explicit opening, we're seeking hospitality professionals who are interested in our future opportunities.

In this role, you will primarily cater to VIPs and premium guests who expect an uncompromising level of white-glove service. The ideal candidate has an elite network of local connections and the ability to seamlessly execute bespoke, high-stakes requests.

Essential Responsibilities

• Represent LIVunLtd's and the property's style and embrace the culture of service of the brand.
• Act as the primary point of contact for ultra-high-end guest requests, including arranging private transportation, securing tables at exclusive/sold-out fine dining establishments, and procuring premium tickets to in-demand concerts, Broadway shows, and sporting events.
• Develop and leverage deep relationships with local luxury business owners, nightlife venues, and high-end entertainment VIPs to offer unparalleled access to guests.
• Acquire extensive knowledge of the premises and the nearby venues and businesses to make the most suitable recommendations.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and discretion regarding high-profile guests.
• Masterfully resolve sophisticated guest complaints and requests with tact, speed, and diplomacy.
• Manage daily desk operations, enforce quality control standards, resolve operational bottlenecks, and maintain a pristine, sophisticated concierge workspace.
• Adhere to all LIVunLtd policies and procedures, and productivity standards.
• Perform other additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location and upon the request of your manager.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3–5+ years of concierge experience within a luxury environment (e.g., Forbes 5-Star/AAA 5-Diamond hotels, high-end casino resorts, elite private clubs, or ultra-luxury residential properties). Entry-level applicants will not be considered.
• Local Expertise: In-depth, elite knowledge of New York City's luxury dining, entertainment, premium travel options, and hidden gems.
• Communication & Presence: Exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ), flawless verbal and written communication skills, and an immaculate professional presentation.
• Adaptability: High resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
