Overview Seeking content creators for a company. ONLY LOCAL TALENT WILL BE CONSIDERED. Rate: $50,000–$58,000/yr. Location: Omaha Metro area preferred; Lincoln considered. Hybrid role: 2 days per week on-site, 3 days remote. Responsibilities Execute social media strategies across multiple accounts. Schedule, publish, and monitor content using social media platforms. Travel regularly to capture photo and video content. Build relationships with team members, residents, and families to identify stories. Capture photos, videos, testimonials, and event content. Edit content for social media, websites, and campaigns. Organize and maintain content libraries. Create and execute recruiting campaigns on social media. Develop ad creative using Canva or similar tools. Update website content including pages, images, blogs, and events. Strong photography and video skills required. Strong writing and storytelling ability required. Willingness to travel regularly; valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Qualifications Experience with social media management tools preferred. Experience with paid social advertising (Meta Ads Manager) preferred. Experience with video editing and content production preferred. Associate or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in social media, marketing, or content creation.
