Schedule for the Collections Account Manager

• MondayFriday: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
• 2 evening shifts/week: 12:00 PM 9:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM 12:00 PM
• Full-time (40 hours/week)

What will you do?

As a Collections Account Manager, you will:

• Speak with customers to find realistic payment solutions
• Negotiate payment plans in a professional, respectful way
• Meet daily call goals and performance targets
• Follow up on accounts to ensure resolution
• Learn skip tracing and account research techniques
• Accurately document customer interactions
• Stay compliant with company policies and regulations

What You Need to Become a Collections Account Manager
