Occupational Therapist (OT) – Full-Time
Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing | Andover, MA
$45–$48/hour | Full-Time | Benefits

Post Rehab is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to become part of the rehabilitation team at Andover Manor Rehab and Nursing. This role offers the opportunity to help residents regain everyday skills, improve functional abilities, and achieve greater independence in a skilled nursing and post-acute care environment.

What You'll Do

• Complete occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled treatment focused on activities of daily living, strength, coordination, balance, cognition, and functional performance
• Establish meaningful goals based on each resident's needs and abilities
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate
• Recommend adaptive equipment and educate residents and caregivers on safe use
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with COTAs, PT, SLP, nursing, and other healthcare professionals

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but not required
• New graduate OTs are encouraged to apply
