Project Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to our client by leading multiple low-to-moderate complexity projects (under $10M), impacting facility or department operations. This role ensures delivery across scope, schedule, cost, quality, safety, and compliance. This is a hybrid position which requires at least 3 days a week onsite in Plainfield IN.

Employment Type: Full-time, 3-year W2 contract

Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional project teams (engineering, construction, procurement, EHS, QA/QC, operations).
Manage project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout .
Develop project plans including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and safety plans .
Drive stakeholder communication, reporting, and governance reviews.
Oversee contractors, vendors, and procurement strategy.
Ensure adherence to PMO standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree, Associate’s degree and 2 years project experience OR High School/GED and 5 years experience
Experience with project planning, scheduling, cost control, and risk management
Solid leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Required to wear PPE in accordance with safety guidelines

Nice to Have:

CAPM, PMP, or CM2-P certification
