Team members join a close-knit environment where safety, service, and integrity are core priorities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Driver Recruiter role located in Olathe, KS. The Driver Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing professional drivers through phone calls, online applications, referrals, and industry events. Day-to-day activities include managing the recruitment pipeline, coordinating background checks and qualification verifications, and ensuring compliance with DOT and company hiring standards. The role also involves onboarding new drivers, communicating company policies and expectations, and collaborating with operations to support driver retention initiatives. The Driver Recruiter will maintain accurate records, provide responsive communication to candidates and internal teams, and help promote Jett Trucking as a preferred employer for drivers. Qualifications Knowledge of DOT Regulations and compliance practices relevant to driver hiring and qualification. Experience with Hiring processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding drivers. Skills in Driver Retention, with the ability to build relationships and support long-term engagement. Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with drivers, internal teams, and external partners. Ability to work on-site in Olathe, KS, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and online recruiting platforms. Previous experience in trucking, transportation, or logistics recruiting is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; postsecondary education in business, human resources, or a related field is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
