The day-to-day:Analyze hardware & software needs for planning of projects and make recommendations based on requirementsGenerate new and innovative solutions to complex problems and propose improvements to processes by taking a broad perspective to problems, and identifying new, less obvious solutionsDocument project metrics for presentation to Senior Management, and coordinate tasks for deploymentsManage project deployments appropriately to deliver upon committed project goals within assigned scope of responsibilityCoordinate with outside vendors for project implementationWork with end users both pre & post deployment to ensure verification of successful product deliveryDevelop software automation scripts, and documentation for deploymentsAbility to train and lead property technicians or contingent workers for project implementationWork on hardware and software issues on company and non-company supported devicesThe ideal candidate:Has 6+ months of prior relevant experience in Information Technology in a similar roleWork varied shifts, to include weekends and holidaysHave an Associate's Degree in Information Systems/Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field - PreferredExperience working in a similar resort setting - PreferredCross-platform experience and the expertise to identify and resolve integration issues - PreferredKnowledge of system and integration level testing - PreferredStrong quality assurance background - PreferredBasic fluency in command line scripting or higher - A+ Certified - PreferredMCP or higher - PreferredThe perks & benefits:Wellness incentive programs to help you stay healthy physically and mentallyAccess to company hotel, food and beverage, retail, and entertainment discounts as well as discounts with company partners on things like travel, electronics, online shopping, and moreFree parking on and off shiftHealth & Income Protection benefits (for eligible employees)Professional and personal development through programs and networking opportunities as well as volunteer opportunities in the community
