General Manager

General ManagerJob duties include operating all equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, using proprietary technology, receiving and processing telephone orders, taking inventory, cleaning equipment and facility, orienting new hires, managing inventory counts, making schedules, staffing the store, running food and labor, having good communication skills, comprehending and giving correct written instructions, and communicating verbally with customers and co-workers.Essential functions/skills include the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately, making correct monetary change, verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders, motor coordination for precise movements, and ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, in-store temperatures ranging from 36 degrees to over 90 degrees, sudden temperature changes, food odors, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts. Sensing includes talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision, depth perception, and differentiating between hot and cold surfaces. Temperaments include directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working under stress, meeting quality control standards, dealing with people, analyzing and compiling data, and making judgments and decisions.Physical requirements include standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, driving, pushing, climbing, stooping/bending, crouching/squatting, reaching, and hand tasks. Team members may use pencils/pens, computers, telephones, calculators, TDD equipment, pizza cutter, and pizza peel. All employees must use Domino's technology, including the Driver app, Dominos Digital Shoulder surf (DSS), and Domino's Car Side Delivery.
