We’re looking for an exceptional Director of Operations to become the operational leader of our organization.

This person will work closely with our CEO and Founder to ensure that every guest has a world-class experience and every employee has the leadership, support, and accountability they need to succeed.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

You’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our entire campus, including:

Leading and developing our team

Creating a culture of accountability, ownership, and excellence

Delivering a truly world-class guest experience

Overseeing guest advocates and guest scheduling

Managing hospitality, housekeeping, wellness operations, food service, and property operations

Coordinating with our medical and wellness teams to ensure seamless guest care

Maintaining exceptional cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the property

Creating, implementing, and improving systems, checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures

Managing purchasing, inventory, vendor relationships, and expense control

Monitoring staffing levels, scheduling, overtime, and operational efficiency

Working with accounting to ensure bookkeeping, financial reporting, and internal controls are completed accurately and on time

Overseeing property maintenance, gardens, landscaping, and facility readiness

Recruiting, developing, and retaining outstanding employees

Responding confidently to operational or guest emergencies

Continuously improving every aspect of the guest and employee experience

Required Qualifications

Fluent in both English and Spanish

Proven leadership and management experience

Outstanding organizational skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High emotional intelligence

Exceptional problem-solving ability

Strong attention to detail

Ability to lead by example

Comfortable making decisions independently

Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Authorized to work in Colombia, or eligible to obtain legal work authorization
