Job Supply Chain Analyst II

Becton Dickinson seeks a Supply Chain Analyst II to manage supply planning, inventory levels, and production schedules for medical technology manufacturing operations. The role involves analyzing supply chain data, coordinating across cross-functional teams, and supporting capacity planning and new product launches in a Puerto Rico-based facility.
Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain data for planning, inventory, production schedules, and customer service performance
- Release weekly work orders and regional moves while monitoring KPIs and escalating supply risks
- Lead planner meetings and coordinate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Commercial teams to resolve supply issues
- Support capacity planning, SIOP processes, and scenario analysis for demand and supply disruption impacts
- Prepare allocation plans and executive presentations describing supply constraints, mitigation plans, and new product launch support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years progressive experience in supply chain planning, production planning, or inventory management
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems
- Working knowledge of forecasting, inventory management, capacity planning, and supply planning
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication
- Advanced Planning Systems experience (Kinaxis, SAP, JDE) preferred
- Familiarity with S&OP, IBP, or Lean/Six Sigma methodologies preferred
