Global Partnership Supply Manager

Amgen seeks a Global Partnership Supply Manager to oversee external collaboration operations and ensure timely product supply to partners. The role involves managing partnership portfolios, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving supply chain improvements across commercial collaborations.
Responsibilities
- Manage partnership portfolio ensuring efficient, timely product supply per contractual obligations
- Lead cross-functional collaboration on demand planning, product launches, and technology transfers
- Chair partner S&OP meetings and coordinate performance management across internal and external teams
- Serve as primary partner contact, escalating key challenges and risks to senior leadership
- Identify improvement opportunities and implement process standardization across partnership supply organization
Requirements
- Doctorate degree OR Master's degree with 2+ years supply chain/business experience
- Demand planning, S&OP, forecasting, and risk assessment in regulated environments
- Experience managing external partners and interpreting supply agreements
- Proficiency with SAP, Kinaxis, Power BI, or equivalent supply planning systems
- Strong negotiation, facilitation, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with GMP requirements and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes
