This position will have responsibilities in all public health programs with a primary focus on community, family, and maternal child health at a level two public health department. As a Public Health Nurse, you will exercise considerable initiative and sound judgment to contribute to the identification of potential health needs, conduct comprehensive client assessments, and advocate for vulnerable individuals and populations. Requirements Public Health Nurse will possess a Registered Nurse degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) in Nursing from an accredited program. Current nursing license with the State of Wisconsin is required and must be maintained for the duration of employment. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
