Project

This project is to migrate and support the billing and eligibility of individual dental plan subscribers for a recent acquisition of UHC. In addition to the migration of data, we need to establish systems and processes to accept ongoing eligibility from state exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for ensuring that all information, requirements, documentation and project decisions meet minimum company standards.
• Elicits, analyzes, specifies, and validates the business needs of stakeholders (internal and external).
• The role leads the effort for documenting project requirements, providing clear and consistent communication, and ensures that stakeholders agree to and sign-off on project specifications.
• Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
• Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Researches, reviews, and analyzes the effectiveness and efficiency of existing requirements-gathering processes and develop strategies for enhancing or further leveraging these processes.
• Manages and tracks the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforce and redefine as necessary.
• Assists with the interpretation of customer requirements into feasible options, and communicating these back to the business stakeholders.
• Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements — verbally or through written documentation — to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.
• Communicates with project management, development and quality assurance resources in order to break down project into small deliverable increments

Required

• Three to five years related work experience
• Demonstrated business analyst skills and project management software skills, including planning and organizing
• Excellent understanding of the organization's goals and objectives
• Must be self-directed, detail-oriented and have organization skills.
