We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support a small but mighty business. This is a Contract position for a bilingual candidate who can deliver attentive customer support in both English and Spanish while handling calls and processing orders accurately. The ideal candidate is comfortable assisting customers by phone, resolving routine issues efficiently, and maintaining a positive experience with every interaction. We're a small close-knit team that helps and supports one another to keep the business moving forward.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming customer calls in a courteous and efficient manner, providing clear assistance in English and Spanish as needed.

• Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems and verify details to help prevent processing errors.

• Handle a steady flow of service inquiries, addressing questions, concerns, and basic issue resolution during each interaction.

• Make outbound calls when follow-up is needed to confirm order information, provide updates, or clarify customer requests.

• Document customer conversations, actions taken, and order-related information with a high level of accuracy.

• Work closely with team members and internal departments to support timely service and smooth order handling.

• Maintain a customer-focused approach while managing multiple priorities in a call center setting.

• At least 1 years of experience in customer service or a call center support role.

• Ability to manage inbound and outbound phone interactions in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate customer records.

• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to provide clear and courteous service.

• Spanish language proficiency required for supporting bilingual customer interactions.

• Solid attention to detail and the ability to handle routine tasks with consistency.

• Comfortable using computer-based systems to track calls, enter orders, and update account information
