Location: Corona, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Lunch: One-hour lunch at 1:00 p.m.
Starting Pay: $41,600–$50,000 per year
Career Potential: Opportunity to become a licensed insurance agent with earning potential of up to $170,000 per year

Allsberry Insurance Agency is searching for a Spanish-bilingual Sales Development Representative to join our fun, fast-paced team. You do not need insurance experience—we’ll teach you the industry. What we can’t teach is a great attitude, genuine friendliness and the drive to build a real career.

What You’ll Do

As our SDR, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for potential clients. You’ll respond to incoming and outgoing conversations by phone, email, text and social media, learn what each person needs and turn those conversations into qualified leads for our licensed sales agents.

You’ll also:

• Make and receive calls from prospective clients
• Respond to emails, text messages and social media inquiries
• Ask the right questions to identify insurance needs
• Build rapport with English- and Spanish-speaking customers
• Schedule qualified prospects with our sales agents
• Accurately document conversations and follow-up activities
• Learn the insurance business from an experienced, successful team
• Help people feel comfortable, welcomed and cared for

You May Be a Great Fit If You Are

• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Warm, upbeat and comfortable talking with new people
• Reliable, punctual and ready to learn
• Confident communicating by phone, email, text and social media
• Comfortable navigating multiple computer programs
• Organized and able to follow up consistently
• Motivated by goals and career growth
• Looking for a career—not just your next job
• Able to type at least 45 WPM
• Able to work in our Corona office Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
• Equipped with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

No previous insurance experience is required.

Team members who demonstrate strong communication skills, reliability and a desire to grow may have the opportunity to become licensed insurance agents. Successful licensed agents can earn up to $170,000 per year , depending on performance and commission results.
