Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to grow our client base and increase service bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a consultative sales approach to match clients with appropriate detailing packages. Key Responsibilities Engage with potential clients to understand their vehicle care needs. Conduct thorough vehicle assessments to recommend appropriate services. Explain detailing processes, benefits, and pricing options. Develop and maintain relationships with individual and commercial clients. Create tailored maintenance plans for clients' vehicles. Coordinate with technical staff regarding special client requests. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Achieve monthly sales targets. Required Qualifications 1+ years of sales experience (automotive industry preferred). Strong understanding of auto detailing services and products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills for CRM management. Valid driver's license. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in automotive sales or detailing. Knowledge of high-end vehicle care requirements. Experience with sales CRM systems. Background in customer service. Compensation & Benefits Weekly Base Pay. Commission structure (6% of sales). Monthly performance bonuses.
