Senior Sales Specialist

Location: Houston, TX (4 days in-office, 1 day remote) Department: Goodwill Talent Solutions Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: Competitive Compensation + Uncapped Commission + Bonus Position Summary The Talent Solutions Sales Specialist is responsible for driving sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client outreach, and securing job orders across the Greater Houston area. This role works closely with the Business Development Manager and recruiting team to deliver effective staffing solutions and ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and relationship building. Identify decision-makers, qualify leads, and schedule discovery meetings with prospective clients. Conduct client intake conversations to understand staffing needs and job requirements. Present Goodwill Talent Solutions services and support the development of new client relationships. Partner closely with recruiting to communicate job details, client expectations, and hiring priorities. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction. Track outreach activity, job orders, placements, and pipeline updates within the CRM system. Support hiring initiatives across industries including light industrial, administrative, manufacturing, healthcare support, hospitality, and construction. Assist with interviews, client visits, career fairs, and other business development activities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs and overall client success. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required Minimum of five (5) years of experience in B2B sales or staffing operations Proven track record of generating new business and managing client relationships Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment Traits That Lead to Success Client-focused with strong follow-through Team-oriented and eager to support across departments Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with shifting priorities Professional communicator with both internal and external clients #J-18808-Ljbffr Goodwill Houston
